Sometimes when I think I have a bad day it really not that bad to anyone except me. I know how bad days go and like Dena said....you just do it...Just think of it this way....a bad day now and then just makes the good days sweeter.Kayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02916106560372452619noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-586170290885234631.post-45184800114436296332008-08-15T08:58:00.000-04:002008-08-15T08:58:00.000-04:00Wow. Tell your new running partner that part of her job is to tell you to stop whining :) xoxoJessicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12520814692917921854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-586170290885234631.post-35485258734602696462008-08-15T08:15:00.000-04:002008-08-15T08:15:00.000-04:00Yesterday was rough but at least we did it! Like I always say, we could be somewhere eating at an all-you-can-eat buffet but instead we are out exercising and being healthy. I completely understand how you feel though because several times yesterday I questioned why I was even doing this... See you bright and early Sat, it will be better by then!Tamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15330887727516920401noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-586170290885234631.post-20958712887717026982008-08-15T07:58:00.000-04:002008-08-15T07:58:00.000-04:00AMY,YOU ARE AWESOME AND THANK'S DENA SHE IS NOT FA...AMY,

YOU ARE AWESOME AND THANK'S DENA SHE IS NOT FAT. I do the same thing when I watch Chris and Keith breeze by--I want to run that fast! Some days are just better than others. On Sunday's 10 miler I was thinking, "If it's this hard with 10, how will I ever keep pace for 26.2?" But you just will. All this training when you don't feel like it and it's hard and you have a crappy run pays off. And quit talking about about your far--if you lose any more weight you will disappear!Denahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13485417565774708820noreply@blogger.com
